Vancouver 4 Wheelers

John, Jamie and I went to Brownscamp last minute yesterday with a friend and the NAXJA group he belongs to. It was awesome, we stayed all day and ended up going on a night run. I almost went home early, I wasn't feeling to hot but I'm glad I stayed. I made it up Can Opener after some guy at the bottom said "You won't make it"...well I had to prove him wrong! I DID MAKE IT! But...with some body damage. It was my first! I dented my rocker pannel pretty good, but it was worth it. Finally, it looks like a real Jeep! *lol*
Anyway, I got a message from Keith asking about next weekend, and John and I would love to go again, but we'll be camping for the weekend. Anyone else in? We'll be heading strait up after work. I'm about an hour closer than he is, with traffic and everything so I'll be leaving the Tigard/Beaverton area about 5:15 or so to get a spot and start setting up.

Please let me know if anyone wants to go and I'll make sure I get a big enough camp site.

 I want to go on Saturday for a day run. Are you guys going up on Friday? As long as I have enough money for gas I will be there.

I guess I should have checked this before I sent you and email!  I may be interested in staying a night or two?  Are you planning on wheelin' on Sunday also?  Let me know about that and let me know also if you think you would be able to save a spot for the big 4 door and the Cruiser.  How is that control arm of John's holding up?

*lol* No prob! Yep, I'm sure we'll plan on wheelin at least for a while on Sunday. I will grab a huge spot, big enough for whoever shows up :) I'm not sure how you guys will find me though, I'm thinking I'll hurry, grab a spot, then put up a paper plate for a sign or something since there's no service. I will make sure my CB is on too, CH 4. As long as I know what time to look for everyone, I can always just be in the gravel lot there by the bathrooms at a certain time.

John says so far so good:) He said he made some washers to temporarily fix one of the problems.

Nice pics Kara! You guys are hardcore! How's your confidence now? I'll try to get rokrawler out of his temporary apt./box. ( FYI: His boy woke him up...............while the house was on fire and lost everything!) I figure I'll pay the $45.00 in fuel it takes to get me there sooner oppossed to next month when it goes over $5.00 a gallon[:'(]

We had a BLAST this weekend at Browns Camp!! John and I got a bit more damage but I got the worst of it I think *lol*

Thank you all for the great time. Ryan, Craig, Suzanne and I all had a good time. It was the first time I actually did the body damage myself. Let's do it again. (Wheelin, not the body damage)
